Why would they skip the legacy one?
Gaijin has always added the first versions of the jets first.
Besides the 90s F/A-18A+ can use the fancy missiles that are coming and would be more likely to come then the 80s one(despite me want the 80’s Hornet more)
they should have given us legacy before F15s
