if the f18 will be added at all, it will be the super hornet not the legacy one and you can expect the super hornet in the worst case scenario next summer
but USA doesn’t need it, nor does any other country pretty much
everyone has either gripens, F15s or F16s
na I’m fully expecting legacy hornets first

Actually, at high tier, Id leave the recon planes still, but change them into drones and have them fly a range of alts. But the main difference with the AWACS is that they’d fly over their own AFs. So you have to go to them.
Yeah they could provide information on aircraft locations, but could be a tad OP
