Clearly 2A4M to Japan
There used to be a whole Italian subtree in Germany before it was added as an independent nation. Other nations such as Israel, France, China and Sweden also had some of their vehicles added into other trees before becoming independent nations. Czechoslovak M53/59 being in Soviet tree just means that once Czechoslovakia is (hopefully) added, M53/59 will become event vehicle and wont be researchable anymore (just like Italian planes in German tree), or they will just change its country of origin (to Cuba for example). As for the T-72M2 Moderna, it can still get added as researchable vehicle, just like the Merkava Mk.2B. Mi-24D and SU-25K will just be made unavaiable for purchase in Soviet tree (Soviet players who already unlocked them will keep them) and be moved to premium part of the Czechoslovak tree.
