Yugoslavia and Romania worked together to develop the J-22 and IAR-93, and the Romanian MBTs are cool.

True, but as you said they worked together on the project, and made two planes. If Yugo were to come I would rather see Orao than IAR-93 in the tech tree. Maybe I am misunderstanding the discussion here.
I am saying that it should go to Yugoslavia if it is to come, not that it should be added in place of the J-22.
