The Chinese vehicles can make a full tech tree.
Considering the “One China” principle that has been recognized by the countries that gaijin’s departments are located in, and the fact that China once had an individual server and still has a large amount of players till today, separating vehicles of the Taiwan authority and adding them into Japanese TT would cause a great disaster to the game itself. The same goes for vehicles from the Korean peninsula. History plays a great role in such conditions.

Part of the agreement was the engineering would all take place in France as the Royal Ordnance/BAe sites in the UK where either busy or not suitable for medium calibre weapons, with engineers from Britain moving to France. Funding was almost exactly 50/50 British/French.
