My monthly Artstation crawl turned up two new things:

The modelling work was completed in 2020, it first appeared ingame in the version 2.7.0.55 leak of 2021, and was added update " Sky Guardians ", Mar 2023.

Yanks are unlikely. The little equipment we have that we didn’t get them to have to build some stuff in Canada they don’t like us repairing.
Kora has let others build their K2 so that is an option.
Germany maybe? but I can’t find if they’ve been licenced built before.
France? They like keeping to themselves but maybe?
UK? I could see them let us do it but at the same time pre-Channgler 3 is effetely nothing like anything where used in decades

Leos have been licenced build in Swede, Swizerland, Greece, Spain soon Italy and I belive in the netherlands to but im not sure about that one
idk if it actually has proper armor tho, or even an FCS, the place where a remote controlled turret should be there is just a carcass with no sights, and the cannon is a 105 with a metal sheet cover
