Difference between AIM7M and R27ER is lower than that of AIM7M and R27R. The ER has a greater speed of course but when it comes to very long ranges the AIM7M isn’t that far off the ER from my understanding. Time to target at medium distances is much greater though

and long range shot barely ever connect in the first place a mig29 could be what 10 seconds behind on the draw with in 10km and still get the kill first, the R27ER is beyond a doubt the best BVR missile currently in game

well first of all, the challenger 2s would never have gotten fixed, we most likely would still only have the tornado F3 as our top fighter, it would also still have been bugged to hell with a preproduction radar when everything else is from the gulf war, the challenger 3TD would either never have come or come over weight since gaijin tried to sneak that one in

buddy i am serious, i explained the reasoning for it as well. its some time since that happend, i proved that the whole armor is mock up and it never realy happend and then the french backed off

I asked for one, which I really don’t even want anymore. The only reason I did was because the Panzer 87 prototype had some connections to the Leclerc.
But in that time I’d say that there isn’t really any need for it. Having a copy paste Leopard 2 is the exact opposite of what I want.
There still are Swiss vehicles like the Mowag FL-20 or Trinity, then the Panzer 68 SAMM that France had an actual part in development. As well as the AMX Mk62 which was developed for Switzerland.

gonna be truthfull, thats the only reason i dont oppose dutch leos in french tree in the first place. Gajin would be better of adding EMBTs instead of the leos for france, would get france access to DM53 as well.
