Please…dont be a boat as a first devblog…maybe a mid tier SPAA (not for USSR). Best would be SPAA around 5.3- 6.7 US. They would need one there. Duster is nice at its own BR, but at higher tier? Yeah…

Im still wondering if its true with BeNeLux, how they play to implement it into French TT after they said that TTs will have only 5 lines. And France already have a line.
