Oh I don’t doubt it, but my comment was referring to how people expect just the retroactive addition and that’s all. I think that not only will they retroactively add it to certain aircraft, but they’ll add new ones for people to grind, potentially better aircraft, so there’s a carrot on the stick to chase. We already know for a fact Japan is going to have an ARH carrier as Gaijin has stated all nations will get one when introduced. So we know they’re adding new aircraft to support it.
For example, I can’t see them just adding ARH to F-16C and that’s it. They’ll probably also add the F-15C MSIP which is a better ARH carrier. For Russia, they could add it to the 29 SMT, but also add perhaps a newer Su-27 as well, and so on and so forth for other nations.

Serial F-15Cs, yes. But according to ADA412578, F-15s started flight tests with HMD in 1993. This is before AESA were installed.
I just want the damn A-4M that’s been in the files for like 3 years now…

The SEPv2 is already useless, adding more weight for something that is actually useful (unlike the deadweight TUSK II package) won’t make it more useless.

Actually, the rounds for 2s38 or any au-220 cannon is real, they even have telescoped version for the dart like hstvl
