maybe it’ll be implemented like Fuel tanks and Custom armaments
many Aircraft had jammers, the MiG-21 comes to my mind first, Alpha Jet right after but this goes back the entire tech tree, iirc some RAF bombers already had jammers in WWII
those early jammers could only Jam one or a few functions and frequencies
the SPS-141 for example only Jams monopulse Radarlocks by exploiting ground Radar mirroring

I don’t think we can get around this, especially with fox-3 likely coming next update.
Hopefully we’ll have some ground and naval focussed updates after that. We have gotten like 3.5 cool and at least somewhat unique top tier MBTs in the last 2 updates. While we have 10 trees in game.

So when can other countries get fire and forget missiles on heli or ground? Currently US,USSR,UK,Japan and Sweden still don’t have them. I don’t think adding them is difficult.
what do you have in mind for ground? spike-type of missiles?
also for helis, russia can get LMUR(i think its f&f?)

I’m highly intrigued by what lies ahead with the April fools. It often correlates with a game mechanic, hopefully its for War Thunder and not another game like Enlisted or Star Confilict.

Support vehicles and bringing other nations up to the same level as Germany and Sweden.
It’s not ok for 2 out of 10 nations to just be on another level in terms of MBT. Sure you’ll never achieve true parity between all 10 nations, but at least should be more than just 2 dominating the other 8.

Either airborne AESA/PESA radars or NLOS missiles with more of their real-life capabilities are my guesses.
Its even more if you factor in the backup Mechanic
Russia is significantly more better off than Germany, with the one and only thing that Germany has better being the best MBT.
