Yes. If the F-16C gets fox 3 and doesn’t move up from 12.7, the worse F-16AM won’t be higher than 12.3.

Why not? 12.7 is mostly based on armament, why wouldn’t the F-16AM get equivalent armament to the F-16C?
now I know this is kinda counterseal but do you think gaijin will add variants of tanks russia has deployed to ukraine? now I know this would be pretty bad, but I just wanna know how much a BMP-3 with Kaktus ERA would even weigh

(I dont know the exact nomenclature for those modifications, it gets the point across)
on the naval side other nations also have blueprint ships such as Z47 or that one italian AA cruiser so naval isnt really that big a deal (the made up stats of krondstat is insane tho)

The Kaktus mounted on this BMP-3 is a new model unveiled in 2023, on a new model production BMP-3.
AFAIK, the BMP-3 we have in game wouldnt technically be able to mount the kit, not that such things ever stopped Gaijin for any nation
Yeah I dont think so, in-game BMP-3 has old smoke launcher design, not positioned behind the turret (new) but on the cheeks (old)
Also dont know the effectiveness of those 4S24 elements if they’re “updated” in 2023

12.7 is clearly not based mostly on weaponry, because otherwise the F-15A wouldn’t be 12.3 with better/more weaponry than the F-16C.
It’s similar armament on a slightly worse platform. If it doesn’t have HMD rhan that will also be a significant disadvantage.
So they did combine Legend of Victory w/ the new event format, in the end. This is the second time they’ve run a 35k Point event, maybe the ( probably ) naval one to follow will also use this point score ? That would likely mean the prize won’t be at Dreadnought or frigate Rank/br, I’ll make a list of leaked and implied vessels which might fit that criteria.
I’m not sure, the missile quality and count found on the M2K-5f is still considerably more than the other aircraft in the test. We also still don’t know what the initial ARH aircraft for most techtree 's are planned to be, aside from the J-8F and Gripen C(SWE) - which the -5f could be considered far above in capability.
In this situation, I still stand w/ my prediction that the aircraft for France added at the initial introduction of MR-ARH will instead be the M2KD RMV w/ MICA IR - the missiles are still of very high quality to compete w/ the other new armaments, but they are carried in much fewer number on a gunless/gunpodded airframe.
