Yes, basically all social media providers in China (maybe even ISP’s) are tasked with stopping the spread of business secrets. It’s a bit vague but might take form in a shape where Chinese leaker gets screwed over one way or the other. Gaijin won’t come after him bit the platforms he is on might. Especially if someone decodes to report him on the Chinese platforms where he posts.

I’ve been coping and hoping this entire day for a devblog, hitting F5 every 30 minutes on the Russian site.
I seriously doubt a devblog for the next major update for at least another week, maybe 2.
But probably have 2 or 3 more roadmap blogs between now and then
