As mentioned in the other thread on the Japan side, hopefully it’s because the ARH missile is coming soon. Giving it 14 km ish range and maybe even immune to multipathing since it’s a ground SPAA (I know it only affected SPAA radars, but it’s the same concept and reasoning of why it should apply to ground SPAA ARH missile). Only reason it wouldn’t be 11.7 is because it lacks a radar to find targets.
