Gaijin would definitely look at my CV with more care if I ever applied, I do global politics, and is an expert at saying “we dont know yet” or “we cannot disclose the info not now” in an elegant way.
how far we talking
far far away
UK also has the AH-64E
i was mainly think about the licence built Black hawks with better engines
Yeah but we already got the unholy machine that is called the AH Mk.1 which is very fun. Top 5 helis top tier id say.
British mains should be boiled in hot tea water for getting the best Apache in the game.
im waiting for them to add the British AH-64E with Brimstone
Sorry we put better engines in ours
we don’t get IRCM
IRCM only works up to R-60M kind of missiles.
US AH-64D currently has zero redeeming features, and will remain that way until ECM or AGM-114L.
Don’t worry Smin, I LOVE the Wessex too, very fun to shoot down!
Well the Finnish KV was atcually leaked, this is just copium
Of course, anything from Gaijin to please their loved Scandinavian TT
I think the RWRs will just be updated to modern standards to see the F-2, honestly. They just updated it recently to identify the Gripen for example. Unless modern RWRs also cannot detect it, which then goes back to gameplay adjustment which takes priority over realism.
I would think the missile uses external help until it has its own lock, then the external datalink is backup? It would be weird that the missile’s seeker, which might better see the target due to close proximity, would not be used, instead the distant aircraft data instead.
Either way, the F-2 could exist with AAM-4A as the missile itself isn’t AESA and can be defeated like everyone other ARH. Realistically I would expect the F-15J MSIP though as it gives the US another freebie copy and paste aircraft too. Who knows though, Gaijin could surprise us. It would definitely generate a lot of hype and money if they added the F-2 anytime soon.
I had fun in the delphine, time for bretagne as an event i guess.
IRCM works on most fixed wing IR missiles.
TY-90’s and ATAS Stingers beat IRCM
DRICM can on be beaten by Ground Stingers(maybe Mistral) and ofc anything with optical tracking
No, only optical tracking can avoid DIRCM, meaning 91sam, 81sam, and 9k35.
But with some trick, an interfered missie can hit a target with DIRCM by chance.
That’s something I hate about DIRCM in game as it works before the missile is even fired, which is not accurate at all.
imagine it as invisible flares, this is how it works in game.
