grippen lacks amount of f&f weapons

harrier gr7 while being on 11.7 is MUCH worse than sm3
on the harrier Gr7 it also almost always fights russia so doesnt have the benefit of fly in a straight line and launch 4 atgms straight away

f16c is still the best CAS in the game, its fast, has decent weaponry, has self defense weaponry, has thermals, can drop shit from stratosphere
sm3 having kh38s does not make it the best cas

They just look similar, both project started separately in early 1980s. They are significantly different in size, and aerodynamic details, but developed in similar ideas which is around the world in those years(delta wings and canard).
Meaning 2 different plane, same parts are just single engine, delta wing, upper canard, lower air inlet, and streamline body, which fits many planes.
J-10 is the successor of the cancelled J-9 project. It takes years (until late 1990s) to finish the design. while the Lavi is build with America’s help and used many F-16’s design.
Israel’s tech in J-10 limited to weapons(python) and some subsystems.
J-9 concept
J-9 models, 2 different project, J-10 is based on right one.
J-10 model when project is approving in 1982, similar to J-9 but with lower inlet. That time, it’s called project 10.

They are without a doubt two distinct aircraft, however technical development from the Lavi flowing into the J-10 still isn’t fully disproven. From what we know there was at least some connection between China and the Lavi.
The statement of denial could very much just be a PR statement. Though what I find most likely is that it meant the aircraft wasn’t based on the Lavi, rather than not having any relation at all.
But then again, why does it matter anyways? They are clearly different aircraft, so whether Israeli development helped realize the J-10 or not has no meaning to the performance of the aircraft or how impressive it is.

Taking into considdering all your other posts, you are the most upset person.
Captured vehicles get added anyway one way or the other. Beeing upset about the german Kv 1B (which germany also captured a buch so it isnt even wrong, just missing german ammo).
And we allready know sweden will get at least 1 another Kw tank, so why are you so upset in the first place?

the uk with not a single captured premium or vic in sight, yet had an entire squadron of german planes they used for testing through out the war
tha harrier is dead for 2 reason
because of engines and pantsir you cant fly high
because of engines you fly not fast on low height, so that pantsir has higher chance to kill you with pure guns, not even missles

From what I remember there was never any basis to that claim. Even the statement the claim was based on only mentioned the purchase of technical information from the Lavi project, not outright purchase of the plane design. As is done so much nowadays the relation was blown out of proportion compared to what it most likely really was.

oh no I dont mind that they arent in the game I just find it funny when people complain about X captured vic not being in their tree. I just think its sad we don’t have anything to represent the squadron

harrier and the jas39 just got their agm-65g, while they used Paveways for long time, and few people have them, causing the data. all them have 4 ir missile, and sm3 has the worst plane.
