But in all-likelyhood, if Iranina vehicles are added to the game, the TT they are most likely to go to is the Soviet TT. Simple. If that happens, F-14 will likely go to Soviet TT. Simple.
The Same way the Hunter F58 went to the German Tree instead of the British TT. Even though the Swiss are not an official TT in the game nor an official Sub-TT of Germany.

USSR is a natural opposite of the US, for which Iran would fit comfortably for the few Premiums/Squadrons they’d provide. Otherwise it’s China for the North Korea/Iran connection the two have fostered with each other and China. I’ve laid out all of this in posts above.
They won’t have sub-trees at all. It’s too big of a line, but they already have two Syrian vehicles so you’re not right either.
Devs said T-90S was separate to any other Indian vehicles they might put anywhere else. This makes more sense as most of the Indian vehicle skins are for USSR vehicles.

I don’t even have to say it myself. Non-aligned nations should ideally have their own tree, or subtree at a minimum. This is why the T-90S being in the British tree was so offensive.

Yes, but they aren’t in the game right now.
Nothing forced people to the deck like F-14 radar locking them on the runway before they can even take off. I remember this clearly when the patch dropped.

Maybe the flight models changed a bit since then but that’s how it dropped. Insane UFO plane.
Then F-14B with better missiles and more engine power.
Forgot to mention both F-14’s are under BR’d by one step for basically no meaningful reason besides perhaps player error. The only weakness of these planes is somewhere between the chair and keyboard.

Not really man. I’m arguing that the IRIAF F-14 is more naturally placed in the USSR than any other existing tree.
MiG-29M with 8 R-27ER’s is NOT going anywhere below 12.0, there is no sub 11.7 missile bus for the USSR, there is no missile bus for the USSR until Su-27. Period.

F-14A as we have it in War Thunder currently is equivalent to Mig-23MLD.
Giving it AIM-9Ls makes it minimum 12.0.
Which is 0.3 BR lower than Su-27.
Your ideal Iranian F-14A would likely be 12.0 - 12.3 unless you really like the AIM-9G loadout.
