Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

Very interesting that the P-47D-30 seems to have been chosen at the moment to mess around with a new way of storing flight model data. It went from 25.3 kb to 45.0 kb (78% more data) from 1,164 lines to 2,202 lines (89% more)

I know next to nothing about any of this, it just seems a new way to lay out the information, reclassifying and re-ordering stuff. Could be a load of redundant information that’s already stored elsewhere or is simply being moved clientside instead of just being serverside data.

Just interesting to note the flight model seems to have become significantly more complex.

I never said anything about what Gaijin uses to balance. Win rate does not determine vehicle performance. What is so hard to understand about this?

Gaijin did not make up for it. The DF105 is both German and French. There is no logical explanation other than greed and/or laziness for it not going to both.

When was it said that Germany would get everything Argentine?

He’s not saying that. He more makes the point that the only tree with any Argentinian tech is Germany and with WW2 there is some amount of history. It’s not like Canada which has been wrongfully ripped between several trees.

It’s not a bad thing for Canadian vehicles to go where they most belong.

I wouldn’t really say Canada ‘belongs’ to UK tree.
I’ve seen more people that I would’ve initially imaged that would like them to have an independent tree and I agree with them, especially when combined with ANZAC.

I never said it did. I implicitly said it doesn’t.

Well your previous statement did imply it, hence my response

No, it implied the opposite.
“It’s not a bad thing for Canadian vehicles to go where they belong” as in where they are now, not all in the British tree.

Oh I just now reread it with what you just said and I understand now.
Yeah it’s better than them being UK exclusives, though I still also stand by what I said

Many people want trees for everything. ANZAC doesn’t have enough unique and modified vehicles to make up trees, especially air.

Hence why I suggest combining them with Canada.
Together they cover up practically all parts of the tree with at least something unique, bar perhaps the toppest tier

I don’t mind where they go, but given the scope of Canadian tech they could make a good tree with all their stuff together. There’s little to no reason for them to not be together in one tree. Whether that be the US, UK, ANZAC, CANZUK or standalone.

Naturally as a Brit I prefer UK, CANZUK or ANZAC and those seem most logical but splitting them across several trees seems unnecessary. Particularly when you consider many of their vehicles are modified some to the extent of difference between say a 2A5 and an STRV 122

I realise that I didn’t state it, however that’s what I was implying. Canada has a fair bit, yes, however not enough.

There is a very good reason that they are not all in the same tree together, actually.

Perhaps agree to disagree then, I find that they suffice and I trust your judgement more than I do for some others

They’d be basically UK up until rank 5/6 then modifications with unique equipment like ASRAAM on the Hornets, but also better sabres, meteors etcetera?

How about we lay this to rest, then, and start anew the admiring of Yugoslav vehicles, then?

And that is? Genuinely asking not meaning to sound sarcastic?
