I think DF105 could have gone to both TTs (France and Germany).
I guess Gaijin made up for this by giving France the SK.

No, the SK was added before the DF105, and it was first added to Germany only.

Looks like they need more than 2 years of work to add this French turret on an amx13 hull, guess it would have been quicker if it was for Germany.

Argentina is exclusively in Germany no one else have Argentinian tech. So it would make more sense if future Argentinian tech went to Germany to fill in holes.

We are talking about the hypothetical case that Argentina becomes a German subtree. In that case, there will be no impediment.
The German air TT, grouping together some aircraft, can easily receive a line of Argentine aircraft.

I think the definition should be literal, so:
Let’s say the US and the UK get the same tank. In this example, it’s a C&P as both vehicles as were built in Moneyville, California.
Now let’s say the UK gets the same tank however it was built in Tea Town, England. this is licend built not C&P.
Or Let’s say the UK still gets that tank from Moneyville however they have Great War Builder modify it. This is also not C&P.

Gaijin doesn’t tho. When we started working on the Canada air tree we had to find out what Gaijin treats licensed built as, and after talking with mods and checking War Thunder official resources this is what we found:

What Gaijin doesn’t ?
They never talk about them doing copy pasta, they just give vehicle.
If you take the Eland, it’s not by changing the name and the nation in their own factor, that make it less of an AML90.
I consider something that impacts gameplay even slightly as not copy paste.
Even an added roof HMG is barely enough to make a vehicle not copy paste (though not by much at all)

Let’s say it’s the ultimate revenge if Gaijin really does continue down the path of copypasta and continut giving plenty of French tech to other nations without giving it to France (what they are doing for years).
France doesn’t need subTTs.
BUT if Gaijin continues to add subTTs to several nations (sometimes nations taht don’t need that like Germany/other big3), which adds several vehicles at once to them, without giving the same number of vehicles to France, and on top of that if they start giving Mirages or other French tech to other nations, then yes I wouldn’t give a damn about logic and I’d want a piece of the cake too.
Because if we follow the logic of the main 3 that are the majority here, they’ll get all their vehicles, lots of vehicles from other nations, and the rest we’ll get nothing.
TLDR : I don’t want subTTs for France, it’s not needed… as long Gaijin give us the same number of care the other gonna get. France is already saddly low played by players, if you start giving away what make it original (French oscillating turret for example) away to others that don’t need that, yep, i would stop wanting logic and original things and fall in the C&P fest, if not, France is doomed.
No worries, when Yugo tree arrives we will take good care of the AMX-10P, AMX-30S and Rafale F-3R :D
