It does not look like ane new SPAA is coming. China had 4 spaa at rank 8, while having one 10.0 in rank 7. Max vehicle br in rank 7 is 11.7, while min in rank 8 is 12.3. Tors are 11.3 and 11.7.
The move was most likely done in order to make progression smoother, and to shift the weight from rank 8 to rank 7, so you have to research 2 - 2, not 1 - 3, and so you are not stuck with Antilope until rank 8.
Is it possible something will be added after HQ11? Yes, but I doubt it will.

Its about the swedish CV90 Mk.IV, it has 2.9 belts due to copying the ammo loadout from the Strf 9040 (234) instead of CV9030 which has 400 rounds (5 full belts)

Its a small bug (likely from development copy/paste number_ just been in the game for 2 years now and going into battle with uneven ammo every time is weird
