Cause you will get too much RP and progress faster than Snail intends

Holy Jesus, Mobile has a major update EVERY MONTH?

Honestly, I would prefer a major update every month too, even if it had 1/3 of the content, over a major update every 3 months, hahah.

i thought the CBT test was over, did i miss something?

These limitations are probably based on the effectivity of ships at and around 6.0. Below this BR you usually die was more often and could spawn more vehicle and above it you don’t even get past your first spawn in most matches.

Naval needs a rework in a lot of area but Gaijin doesn’t seem to have the biggest interest in this

New event blog not dropping today is positive for me.

Yeah there’s a new one going on.

TLDR:

  • Sessions will be more frequent but for shorter periods of time.

  • There’s 2 runs of it this week.

    • The first one runs from 2026-08-05T09:00:00Z to 2026-08-06T09:00:00Z.
    • The second runs from 2026-08-08T09:00:00Z to 2026-08-09T09:00:00Z.
  • Rewards will be added for playing the CBT’s, this CBT’s rewards are;

    • 2 decals
    • Access to XM5 and AK-15 for the rest of the CBT’s
    • SL & RP Boosters

There seems to be alot of content for mobile now that we havent seen in the main game for instance the Type 22, type 21 and HMS Agincourt have all been added to mobile a while ago yet im waiting on them to be added to the main game

Spoiler

Maybe its due to lower quality models meaning development time and costs are lower

Iirc, they are the same models.

Just WTM has a lower graphical setting essentially

I think all 3 could be added to main the game without too much issue (with obivous weapon limitations for the main game for the Exocets) but could be done.

If thats the case there is no reason for agincourt to not be in game yet :(

Yep. Especially with the rather dismall additions for the last 2 major updates

It’s interesting how Naval is significantly more successful and better received on mobile than it is on PC.

Apart from PC’s notoriously bad and slow progression and grind, I wonder what else sets them apart to justify such a large contrast in popularity!

Ive never played or seen much about WTM gameplay. Its more like a WoW damage model right?

HP rather realistic damage models?

Yeah they even have subs over there

I’ve never playede it, but I’m watching videos to find out!

I actually see modules and crew percentages all the same as on PC, so apparently that works similarly.

Unless I am mistaken, however; are the main guns reloading in 12 seconds? That would imply they have faster rates of fire?

Hmm… yeah I just want a short clip too and was surprised it wasnt a HP based system…

Then yeah, looks like slightly more fast paced arcadey aspects. And as weve seen in other gamemodes before. the WT community does lack patience

@Smin1080p_WT do you have any idea where the Removable Bar armour will come to the Scimitar Mk.2?

Having to lug around 13 Tonnes around is extremely awful (now only 12.3 tons thankfully, still way more than it could be)

I was getting outran by an IS-4M for god sake…

I can’t wait to finally have some semblance of mobility with removing bar armour and everything, getting the Scimitar down to a hair above 10 ton

The in-game FV107 Scimitar Mk.2 combines equipment belonging to earlier vehicle variants alongside field modifications first implemented during operations in Iraq. Considering this mixed configuration, should its name be changed to **FV107 Scimitar Mk.2 Early with Urban Protection Package?

The bar armour is fully removeable, it should not be kept on at all times

See:
Leopard 2A4M
M1128 Stryker
BTR-82AT
EBRC Jaguar
And other’s I assume

If its slat armour can be removed, the vehicle would gain improved mobility and better lateral gun depression angles. Is it possible that this vehicle represents an intermediate variant combining equipment from late LEP Scimitars (early thermal imager and laser rangefinder) with the Mk.2 hull? Was any such hybrid vehicle actually built?

The slat armour is add on armour, it can be removed at any time, just like every one of the vehicles stated earlier
