Unlikley scenario. it wouldn’t be any different from the Su-30SM2 besides a flight model. Since we got new missile mechanics we would definitely be getting new weapons with them.
It currently seems like the weight is too high, I believe its 13 tonnes when it should be around 12.2 tonnes
Rumor content for the 3rd major update might be CAC Sabre and Sabre Hog ?
well they did drop a WIP
Looks like we cant remove the addon armour then?
not everything is done I’m sure while the event is going on they will make an option too
Or at least we can argue vehemently for it and then Gaijin might decide to not ignore the community asking for that change. But given its British…
fair but at the same time anything can happen
Hi @Smin1080p_WT why does a Somaliland vehicle (even if it is captured) gets in game with the Somalian flag? Can we get the reasoning why is it coming like this?
Spoiler

isn’t this the flag of the nation that operates this vehicle?

Hey. This is the standard internationally recognised flag for Somalia.
yes but this specific modification is not used by Somalia , does that mean Cyprus can get M48A5T and Leopard 2A4 T1 that the Turkish part uses?
Meh. Grindable vehicle, would like it in the tree but APFSDS would make me grind 600K, instead of 250K.
That shell will be MiG-21PFM’s R-55. Never going to come because of muh balance
Edit: Also was not expecting APDS for funny car but no way any sabot made it to Somalia.
Btw isn’t this the first “technical” vehicle if you extend the term a little bit?
Its not a kill if someone crashes or J’s out without so much as being hit by a bullet lol
I think they should change it back to this : 3

yes it is, your objective was to destroy the enemy, doesn’t matter if the enemy preferred to crash the plane or getting destroyed by a missile the only thing that matters is the outcome and it is victory, and with victory comes the rewards, if you don’t want the enemy having an easy victory try harder not to get destroyed. crashing or ejecting is a toxic and unsportsmanlike behavior
Nuclear Escalation:
- SPAA/SAM now only turns on the radar if there is an aircraft in the indicated range to it, otherwise turns it off:
- FlakPz 1 A2 Gepard (Stinger): 5 km
- FlaRakPz Roland: 12 km
- 2S6M1: 12 km
- 9A33BM3 (“Osa AKM”): 12.5 km
- 72V6 (“Pantsir S1”): 23 km
- ZSU-23-4M4: 5 km
- HQ-11: 30 km
- ito. m/90-M [SWE]: 15 km
- SPYDER AiO: 30 km
- if a vehicle has a radar but I didn’t mention it specifically, it’s 20 km
From the datamines, this could get rough…
This action should be tied together with the Nebo/AN/TPS-59 radars. As long as they are operable and able to relay information to the shorter ranged radars, the SPAA/SAM at the frontline can operate without active radars until the enemy comes within their engagement radius. However, if the Nebo/AN/TPS-59 radars are destroyed they would have to use their radars all the time. This would incentivise the destruction of the long range radars to make it easier to destroy the frontline systems.
Time for newsposting:

There is a ship in Mobile that has the same system*, but only the gun part of the complex is currently functional there. WT got missile-based CIWS systems first.
*and several more which have the missile-only RIM-116 system nonfunctional and hidden, plus the 3M89 combined gun-missile system in the files unused
The IAR-81C (DB-605) announced today is one of @NovA29 's creations - Bravo again, Nova !
Enlisted is adding an add-on armour package for the Chi-Nu II
It joins the M14/41 and M4A1 in having an uparmour package demonstrated there.
Oh great, so doing the exact opposite of what people were asking for.
People want AI SPAA to actually have their search radars on actually looking for targets to shoot at so that they can be tracked via ARMs or picked up by ESM so Gaijin has them stay off until you are well within their killzone.
Fantastic job.
