Do you happen to know if these changes will be more relevant/significant and comprehensive, such as raising the max Ground BRs, decompressing highly compressed BR ranges, etc? Or will it only be a few changes here and there like the last few times?

I reckon an early F-22 with 9M’s and no HMD.
Although saying that there is also the possibility of them adding an early variant as a TT vehicle with a late one as premium given how much they like to add the best version of something as a premium.
