Someone has kept on reporting my daily streak of waiting for the Polish tech tree, I have been doing it for so long that I think they have given up

I think around 10, years ago there was more hype for it. I also don’t want to see Poland. Not because it’s Poland, but because i know how Gaijin will implement it.

I’m not trying to argue for trial vehicles, I just don’t consider nation-specific variants as any different from other failed prototypes. If something is made for one country then the most accurate for it to be in a hypothetical case where it was accepted is that country.
Specifically I mean things like the Oplot-P, which was a variant specifically made for Pakistani requirements, so it should go to Pakistan. This is different from the Oplot-M, which is a tank made for Ukraine that was only trialed by Pakistan.
Same thing here, this shouldn’t be a UK claim unless it’s specifically made for them.
I’d personally even consider “BAE Systems Hägglunds” as still being Swedish for the case it’s not made for any nation, because it’s a distinct subsidiary. BAE is an international company, not state-owned by the UK.

Like, i do hope PolishThunder gets his Polish TT, because i know how it felt how BeNeLux got to be a sub-TT.
But i think Poland can better be a sub-TT of a central european TT.
On the topic of that what’s currently different between the two Oplots in game? Did gaijin bother to make them accurate to their IRL counterpart? No so again in game I don’t think that would happen.
As for the CV90s I simply don’t care to repeat the old posts, we simply don’t get a say because they think they own the CV90s

There is no where for Poland to be added as a sub-tree, but I do agree on the Central European part, Czechoslovakia+Poland makes a powerful nation

To be fair the way Gaijin does techtrees. this “central european techtree” would need a face nation, Poland is just that. I’d agree that Poland could do well alongside the Czech Republic for example, like it was already suggested.

The people who look only at the top tier MBT and throw all he domestic equipment out because it had a Bushmaster or some other hated weapon in game. Cant fight forever.

Depends on what nations are added, we already have a problem of nations needing subtrees to stay future proof and some nations have nothing that will make them unique and worth grinding.
Seriously who’s grinding Sweden for the Gripen? Same argument could be used for the Leos with Germany ect ect.
Biggest thing is first getting the current nations set up to be future proof before we add more nations so we don’t have to add fictional stuff or leave a nation with massive gaps for years cough cough Israel SPAA
