Almost sounds like a case of them for once treating a subtree as a nation just to built up hype. Then again right after Israel we got Finland and I’m not sure how you could call that “interesting and unique ground vehicles”.
Maybe it was Korea, at least from past announcements and leaks it seems they’re going back and forth on wanting a tree or US/CN subtrees. So maybe this was the initial planned release and Finland was a panicked replacement when plans changed.
