Hey, don’t know if anyone else has been seeing it, but it’s almost like a semi-ground effect is occurring when you’re flying down wicked low, causing my plane to level out when I am inputting controls contrary to that, just got me killed when I was evading a missile and my plane instead decided to pull straight up despite me inputting sufficient roll to not go that direction.
Your control for instructor may have been turned back on like mine was, go to controls go to instructor and turn off auto restricts control of aircraft when low to ground.
Yes, aircraft like Sukhois and F-18s are artificially buffed to spawn faster than everyone else while everyone else spawns in slower.
In fact even if they normalized all the airspawn speeds for everyone, it would still be an advantage for the Su-30SM2 because the airspawn system as a whole is a handout advantage for the Su-30SM2 (and other airframes where their advantage lies in missile count).
What do I mean by that?
If everyone spawns in on the runway, aircraft that would be able to takeoff quicker and climb/accelerate faster like the Eurofighter and F-15E would have the early game advantages in BVR, while aircraft like the Su-30SM2 would have late-game advantages since it would have more missiles and be able to endure longer while also having better quality of missiles. The Su-30SM2 when spawning in on the runway is punished if they decide to take a full missile loadout as it will take it awhile to get off the runway and get to Mach 1 however it is a trade-off since it would have endurance and greater impact on the match overall.
However, the airspawn system removes the Eurofighter/F-15E’s key early-game advantages and also allows the Su-30SM2 to not suffer any consequences for taking all of its missiles while also keeping all of its late-game advantages.
The airspawn system is an arbitrary mechanic that results in a massive handicap to the Su-30SM2 where it can dominate early game, mid game, and late game, and prevents its players from suffering trade-offs with decisions they make.
