I don’t think much is known about the TC-1 and TC-2.
I’d probably say 13.7, maybe 13.3
It’s probably gonna be like others ranks, 2 per line usually and a few exceptions with up to 3

V would be the upgrade to block 70, C is the new airframe

I think flight performance should be somewhat similar to a F-16C.
I thought the TC-1 should have IRCCM but it doesn’t.
TC-2 though should be AMRAAM like I think.
It should be able to carry 4 missiles each iirc.
There’s no difference for them whether they are new built or upgraded. It’s just F-16V Block 70/72.

GE-129, the V upgrade gets F100-PW-220/229
it has 2x9,500 lbf(19,000 lbf) on an empty weight of 14,299 lb.
F-16C should have 28,600 lbf on empty weight 18,900 lb.
yeah, it’s closer to a F-16A with 23,800 lbf on empty weight 16,300 lb
