What you’re seeing here is that the teammate aircraft transmitted information to the host aircraft. The host aircraft then fired the missile using teammate’s initial targeting information.
You can see that the Rafale with original MICAs have this capability as well.

According to MBDA, two-way datalink is network centric enabled with two explicit features, maybe there’s more but these are the two we know for sure.
Being able to be guided by AWACs, fighters, and other assets (potentially ground to air surface radars and ships?)
Capable of in-flight retargeting.

I wish. I have not seen anything indicating even the Meteor as possessing GPS guided navigation or even the MICA NG. GPS navigation would really help with long-range shots for little to no inertial deviation, and the missiles are otherwise very dependent on datalink at longer ranges.
