MICA NG is also confirmed to have both way datalinks. Are you aware of any other IR missiles with this capability ? What would be the benefits of such system ?
Non market camos are possible. But there are always still considerations to be had.
Regarding the AESA Typhoons, as we already said, these represent aircraft not yet even in operational service. So there are no skins for them apart from 1 airframe each potentially for the UK and Germany (which leaves Italy at a loss).
But we don’t have plans to add them currently, as they are intentionally standard scheme camos.
Sad,
Btw, is the Dev who is Responsible for PlayStation still on Holiday? It seems wierd, like, Trees render in air vehicle only if they are nearly inside you (reports are getting ignored since nearly 3 years)
(Funfact, you cant even rate the game anymore in the PSN Store, becauae according to the PSN Store WT isnt anymore there because for some reason it tells you WT isnt aviable)
Unfortunately not every aircraft can have multiple skins. Right now we don’t plan any extra skins for the FRS1e. Both the E and later life FRS.1 have appropriate skins to represent them.
It’s current skin is its peace-time skin prior to the falklands. They were painted on route to the Falklands at the same time they were modified to fit Aim-9Ls.
Either the NAS 809 skin or a grey skin would be the most accurate and apporpiate for the airframe. Its also wierd using a peacetime camo in combat. As it stands the Argentine valor skin should have been given to the FRS1e not the FRS1 which was in the post falklands fit currently. Though imo, needs to be upgraded to the pre-FA2 fit bar weapons
Im also not against them for people who wanna grind as they are slightly different looking tanks to their counterparts and offer non anime skins which help them look pretty cool imo.
Still a shame it has a terrible skin and 0 alternatives in-game. the bright blue makes you stand out like a sore thumb, and thats without the wet bonfire of smoke coming out the back of the airframe.
I missed that part, but it should be able to guide on teammates’ radar data even if you turned away, I don’t think any other IIR missiles have that currently.
That’s not two-way datalink as I understand it. Regular MICA has 3rd party targeting feature as well, but doesn’t have 3rd party datalinking the missile itself during its transit.
