I still have yet to see justifcation for why the Mig-25 should be a lower BR than the F-104S ASA or Tornado F3 ?

They’ll have a lower time to target than R24 but also a longer burning motor and less maneuverability, better for longer shots, worse up close. Also 55kg warhead means a close miss should still kill.
both are Better Dogfighters, both have Better missiles

It should also be noted that the F-104A ASA is an 11.3 plane at 12.0, and that it shouldn’t really be used to justify BR placements.

11.7 is the maximum acceptable; the correct value for him would actually be 11.0 or 11.3.

If its 11.0, it has no CMs, none.
Probably also no R-60Ms or R-40TDs so no all-aspect.

It really just depends on how gaijin decides to model it, it likely will be shrunk and twisted here and there a little bit to fit the game.

He probably wouldn’t even be able to use the R60M, as it’s insurmountable flying high; if he flies the MiG-25 at low altitudes, he’ll be a piñata for everyone to hit. I would only use radar missiles.
