Once you shoot your (probably less than) 24 rounds at a target, you’re out for a minimum of 8 seconds to load a single shot then you have to wait ~5 seconds for your second shot to be shoved in the first-stage ammo rack
I’d argue having 3 times the first-stage ammo-rack size+ an IRST (so that your method of defense against CAS isn’t just flailing around and praying your proxy actually hits something) is probably worthy of a 0.4 br increase
it needs more wheeled vehicles, not more BMP-3 variants

Probably not but i am not going to complain as they are a tree I have done entirely and there are still vehicles they can add that interest me. (I do wonder which BMPT we are getting are though)

Can’t argue with that, the Soviets built so many BTRs, yet most of their light vehicles ingame are BMPs

As someone that hates playing against BMPs I am kind of glad they don’t have more vehicles of that type, but they definitely deserve some more wheeled light vehicles
The 2S23 looks kind of fun, but people will probably want a BTR with a BMP-3 turret instead :(
