Well, yeah, they said they wanted to give add AESA/PESA planes to the nations that don’t have one yet, meaning Tranche 3 or even Tranche 4 Eurofighters are coming.
Unless they add new missiles those Eurofighters won’t differ from the Tranche 2 ones we currently have though
Hell yeah we will have F15C fight them
Literally the only difference between the current Eurofighter Typhoons and the ones they would be adding is the radar.
Again, unless Gaijin also adds new missiles.

At the moment there are no updates to the FM report to relay currently.
MRML racks are very unlikely at this moment in time. As a lot of questions remain on their compatibility and functionality. However there is an open suggestion report for the time being: Community Bug Reporting System

understandable with there basically being zero incetive to play them after the rewards got nuked for air battles
and ground sim tha its very own issues (like being able to first spawn a fully loaded bomber or CAS plane)
Or just play statistics
e.g. 9.0 normally gets on-tier or down-tiers due to the quantity of premiums and such at 10.3, thus pulling 9.3-10.0 up to 10.3 and leaving 9.0 pretty free. There’s probably more, but 9.0 is the one I’ve experienced enough to remember off the top of my head
