Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

I don’t want to spoil it for you, but of the Fuji aircraft, only the Fuji T-1 and Fuji L-19 had armament (the Fuji L-19 is a license-built Cessna aircraft, suitable for Br 1.0). However, there are other Japanese trainers, such as: Kawsaki T-33A, Kawasaki XT-4, Mitsubishi FS-T2 Kai (though not exactly), De Havilland D.H.115 Vampire T Mk.55, Mitsubishi F-104DJ, Mitsubishi F-15DJ, Mitsubishi F-2B.

According to Gaijins own War Thunder wiki, the F15C is faster, but assuming its a clean setup not an armed setup :p

Good, for you if you get the Harrier, I don’t care if the UK gets either, I’m more then find with Indian Rafale, better than Soviet tech at least. Both those things fall under additions I don’t care about as I don’t play those BRs/game modes.

I stay not doing well in my Hornet, well more focussing on playing stuff like the Ram I more.

at extreme altitude in ideal conditions

Only top speed at extreme altitude, which you will rarely reach.

Acceleration and getting to commom launch speeds/altitudes the EFT wins 9/10 times.

Meanwhile I’m still over here hoping for stuff that probably won’t get added for a few years (if ever) :(

(my wanted list is A-4M Late, AV-8A/C Fixes (armament and performance), AV-8B DA, Mirage IIING, F-86H, F-101C, and OV-10A/D)

Why would japan get rafale or gripen?

I’m just saying the stuff that more likely to come soon, most of the aircraft I want to come haven’t even been thought of by Gaijin since the Gripen C came for “South Africa” but they might as well have said British Gripen as we haven’t gotten a new aircraft for South Africa since the Superhind year and a half ago, which isn’t even super unique like the prototype Rooivalks

And you mention the Bronco, I want the Bronco II/Mwari as well as the OV-10

Thailand seems to be interested in buying the Gripen E and Indonesia has bought the Rafale.

Challenger 3 was shown off with the heavy EPSOM packadge very recently. Can the devs model a new tank in a month?

Inb4 10mm KE protection.

Frankly there’s a metric ton of South African stuff I’d like to see added throughout the Brit TT, to help flesh things out

Vehicles can take much longer than this from start to finish. Depending on what it is and how much is known about it.

The total time for a vehicle from the start of the research process to a finished model can be anything from a couple of months to 12+ depending on information / resource availability.

Gaijin have done it before and it’s an easy balancing tool.

Alternatively they add the F-15EX next update which will have a minimum of 12 120s.

Giving it double the ARHMs a Typhoon can carry.

Unless we get the option of 8-10 Meteors on new FGR.5 then I’m gonna be pissed but Gaijin always wants US top tier to be the best most broken then every singe year

They’re not going to change how they make aircraft in War Thunder because of a thing that’s been part of the game since 2012.
Gaijin has never swayed from their rules on modeling flight models, and I doubt they’d start now.

Unless we get Turkey sticking 14 meteors on Typhoon or WW3 to prove it…

I wouldn’t hold your breath bud :(

I suppose it depends on how popular the mode becomes.

And if it is E sports ready!

We can also “get” Carver, as in the Atlas Carver with what is essentially a slightly downgraded Meteor and U-Darter

Like the rest of the game

The mode has been part of the game from 2012 to present: Props. XD

Props have only ever been updated on flight models if/when new information about the aircraft comes up. Otherwise they stay stagnant.
No flight model in War Thunder has changed without data, even if Gaijin won’t share the document name with us and we have to find it ourselves.
