F5TH (13.0 one) had 4 derby in the trailer, released with 2 even on dev server. and thats just one off the top of my head from the last trailer. loadouts always change or are fabricated for the trailers

apparently it changes it in a match as well but it doesnt say if it changes the other players flags for you as well, which means things might get VERY confusing (cant wait for 2 Canadas and 2 Australias)
