From what I’ve read yeah the M113 HVMS is indeed Chilean but made by Israel for them which is why it’s going in there but that make two South American vehicles in one update

In defense of France getting it first. The UK has the dessert warrior with cannon and atgms. France doesn’t have this at all.
the desert warrior is also the worst 10.0 ifv…? and it came 3 years after the bradly that is still better then it, the desert warrior isnt an excuse for this we should see a CTA-40 armed tank for the UK at the same time

I don’t know why, 6s reload for T-64s T-80s is quite fast, those were not that weaker while fighting with NATO MBTs than T-72s VT4s and ZTZ99s.
Top tier of T72s/ZTZ99s/VT4s should be 6.66s reload imo, T-64s and T-80B should be 6.5s, others should stay as before.
