I guess they will just add one as a premium without caring for adding both into the game.
Maybe RN Roma, but with fixed bugs (RoF, accuracy, armor composition and etc), I can’t be surprised by naval developers.

I mean it is the November update, they are usually small but at least the Flying Flapjack and D.XXIII will keep me happy.
I count 30 vehicles. I’d say that’s probably 60% of the update.
