This is the first subtree ingame that will be added without a non-copy-pasted vehicle.
South Africa for the United Kingdom with the ratels, concept 3, g6, rookiat, za 35
Thailand for Japan with the Oplot,
Hungary for Italy with the Turans and Csaba,
Finland for Sweden with the BT42
And cyprus / greece to israel with what?
another leopard? t80?
The Japanese air tree is fixing to become really funny with Malaysia and Indonesia

I’m sorry, but could you set me an explain of a somewhat interesting Cyprus vehicle (from wt POV) that isnt copypasted from Russian techtree

Quick question do any community manager or moderator or whatever go to the wishlist forum and let people know what getting worked on or what planned on being added that’s on a list or is it all a secret surprise That we have to look for in leak list?
Do every tree need every kind of competitive vehicles at every BR??
Sub trees made grinding different trees irrelevant. Leopards at the French tree made me hate sub trees.

Again, both Greece and Cyprus operate unique variants of vehicles that don’t already feature.
It seems you have a very loose definition of “copy paste” if you define any variant of something as such.

At this time, we are not going to go into possible vehicles. As someone will remove this from its context and use it as “OMG Smin confirmed X”.
This is about a future planned additon, not something coming now.
People are free to check for themselves what both nations operate.

Will naval players be able to opt out of the new damage control system and manually queue their repairs?
Have you even seen the “new” additions in the game for the last few years? they have alwayse been mostly copy and paste. Gaijin has been going all in on bloating the game, especially top tier, as cheaply as possible…
Fair reaction, I’ll be looking forward to seeing those additions hopefully in a near future :)
ps: personally hope to see the AA branch expanded, israel has a whole lot of gaps between 9.3-12.0

Forgive me for going further, but while I may see the first point as valid (with the sacrifice of gameplay variety consisting of Leopards and AMX-30s) I’m unable to understand how there weren’t any other better choices to choose from.
Geographical factors seem to be a stretch from my perspective, it’s like adding a Philippine subtree to Japan simply because they’re in Asia and share similar alliances, while they’re entirely different countries that you could argue don’t share much cultural connection (with Greece and Israel being more extreme).
Wouldn’t there have been any other better choice instead of ruining the potential of a possible Greco-Iberian TT with such a bizarre decision (from my POV)?
