Your question was on if there were any FM changes planned for this major. The answer is that the Tornados FM is tuned to the most accurate state it can be in the current game framework. So no changes are planned in the major (unless something new and currently unreported springs up).

Well, reports can easily be submitted. There were multiple reports closed because “its as good as we can get” if those need to be resubmitted, then reports can be worked on and be up before the end of the week.

If a report has been answered, then that answer stands. As I have explained already, no changes are planned as the FM is as accurate as it can be within the current framework.
