F22 raptor
I mean yeah, but 4th gen and 4.5
F-15EX probably
if they were to add an F-22 that could approximate the EFT in the first few turns, but Thrust vectoring will severely hinder it’s sustained everything
it also can’t go supersonic without damage to the Stealth coating so that’s another disadvantage
they don’t have any
still doesn’t compare to the Eurofighter
Then gaijin should give USA F22 raptor to compete with Eurofighter :p
id be OK with an early one with a Hard speed limit of Mach 0.99, without HMD and with only AiM-9M and AiM-120C5
I don’t think the US will get a plane truely on par with the EFT, which isn’t a bad thing as the gap isn’t massive.
The EFT is just a really good and super easy to use all rounder.
The F-22A wouldn’t be as op as you think, stealth wouldn’t be that powerful at close range, amraams aren’t really good right now, and anyway an early one would in fact get the weapons you mentioned
There’s no reason to limit its speed
well, they’ll just have to deal with the situation for once
Gulf nation EFT 🙂
Speed limit because damage to the aircraft happens above that
this is always how Gaijin decides the speed limit
unless they add stealth paint damage mechanic similar to the Type VII’s Pressure damage from the lasr submarine event where at some point it couldn’t dive anymore except it just lowers rhe Stealth of the F-22
there are several yes
Oh I agree, but the EFT’s good performance and incredible ease of doing well in it also means we’ll likely have to wait a good while for an AESA EFT.
well yeah that’s the only reasonable way it could be implemented because afaik the F-22 can get over mach 2 easily
why? gaijin JUST said they’re planning on adding E-Scan aircraft to all trees that don’t have one before 5th gen planes show up
probably wont be the best dogfighter either
imagine tghe current f-15e but with TVC
the F-22 still weighs around 19 tons
Also I’d like to see a reliable source for that because my quick research has led me to very heterogenous results
Im thinking it will be good, maybe the increased thrust will counter it out.
Also, I forgot where I found it but it takes 10 seconds to do a 180 at favorable speeds (I think it was .6 mach)
