its not just the F-5 too. its nearly every US jet that gets added to another tech tree
then go complain to the pentagon that they allow nations to upgrade their fighters
and to go back to the F-5
they dont even need IFF on the radar becasue the F-5E can IFF through the RWR

most of the upgrades are on US ones or tested on US ones but they dont add them
US F-16 doesnt have PIDS which US used
the IRST was tested on german EFs and they dont add it to it
you know why?
becasue they dont use it in service

Eurofighter with AESA easy. Su-35S might come in at a close second depending on how much they mess up its FM and how good its radar is.
Good that there are solid sources for the radars detection range and gimbal limits

Switzerland did get CV90’s and US vehicles so, its pretty close.
Not to mention a majority of Light vehicles and SPAA were made primarily with Bofors as the main developer and the Swiss only being interested in if the idea was feasible.
The Trinity 8x8 is very evident of that, the chassis was shipped to sweden and tested in swedish grounds, most of its images are in sweden yet people would argue that it should be exclusive to Germany despite being more tied to a joint project, imo. Realistically its a matter of Ito 90. Where the French didn’t do anything but sell the turret and the Fins did the work except in this case the Swedes built what the Swiss wanted and they trialed it in sweden where it was built by Bofors.
