Not with tvc, tvc was only seen on mig-29m (9-15) 156 prototype of the early 90s. Aesa radar is an option for export customers, although serial production use either a pesa or the smt radar (fairly sure prototypes used the pesa, but in service mig-35s use the smt radar to save on costs?) I would unironically like the 29m 156 ovt version because it gets the most cms (4x the cms of the horrendous 32 on mig35) but it’s the most limited in armament as it was cancelled in the 90s, so only og r-77 and old air to ground weapons
As you said, the SU-30SM2 is just mostly the engines and avionics from the SU-35.
and if you ask me the SU-30 platform is more comparable to the 15EX tha the su35 is to the 15EX
Also considering both the 15EX and SU-30 are classified as multirole aircraft and the SU-35 is classified as a air superiority fighter
yes, but unlike other wheeled AFVs like the VBCI-2, Type 16, or Centauro, the Eitan prioritizes protection above other aspects, using classified SLERA modules, Iron Fist APS, and a high floor to protect the crew from IEDs. The Eitan is also capable of running on run-flat tires, so damaged tires hurt its mobility less
gaijin ofc ruinied the namer ifv ingame, giving it only 4 spikes, and the armor, god, we dont talk abt that (gaijin: a merkava without the turret but with the same weight? surely the armor is much worse)
(also gaijin: Gaijin: “Namer Tsrikhon and Namer 30 are the same, but TSRK has Trophy, so we must increase the BR.” Also Gaijin: “Even though the Merkava Mk.4M has Trophy, it performs the same as the 4B, so we increase the 4B and LIC BR.”)
The EX’s are assigned to the same air superiority/defence mission as the F-15C’s, that’s what they are replacing. So the Su-35 would be the right counterpart
