Too many vehicles that I’m interested in on that list, which means it’s definitely fake.
Also, AH-64E us a weird choice, as you basically get nothing new, the UK isn’t buying brimstones for them, going with the dolled up hellfire that is JAGM, a (in wt) SAL atgm with 8km of range. Oh and loosing the Starstreaks.
Oh, and the Type-10 APS is various levels of paper, as they’re still in the selection phase of picking an APS for integration iirc.

They added the F-15A with the Su-27.
They added the F-15C MSIP II with the Su-27SM.
They added the F-15E with the Su-34.
There’s no way they will add the Su-35S without the F-15EX
That’s not how things work.
However, that list is fake cause CATTB is on it, and AH-64E is singular.
CATTB would likely come with Object 195, 130mm Leopards, and 140mm Leclercs.

F15EX is not a Su35S equivalent. F15E should have been a worse F15C, except for some reason it got 229, which pumped it up to a height it shouldn’t be, otherwise an AESA F15 should be Su35 equivlaent.
Meh, fair I guess. But would a F-15C with AESA be superior to the F-15E though?

Well with new AMRAAMs it could be just as good. I mean Su35 can’t be as fast as F15E anyway, so I don’t necessarily see why it couldn’t be better, since if modelled properly AMRAAMC should be faster than R-77-1, and then it will be sort of like a balanced meta where F15s are better for BVR, and flankers continues to be better in other aspects. Although I know with current seeker heads it’s hard to think that BVR can be that much more useful, but anyhow this is the way we have to go down. Another option is dropping the F15E without 229 engines and getting a 229 engine version with better missiles, which will be even better BVR but sucks more WVR.
Su-35S will have R-37M with range greater than SB maps.

Just because a plane uses a certain missile irl doesn’t mean it’ll get it in game, weapons are used as a balancing factor
There are no plans for those. otherwise, AIM174B and Meteor could literally do the exact same but better with existing map size.

The live client updated today and added the F-106 to the files. It’s still hidden and the event hasn’t been added yet so you can test drive it a day early.
Just drop “hangar.blk” to the games main folder and add " hangarBlk:t=“hangar.blk” " to the config file.
You’ll find it in the premium showcase in the US hangar.
