Would give Japan a 14.0 aircraft. Something they dont actually have

I mean I am mostly half joking but yeah either the F-15SG or Su-30MKM would be rather nice.
If they wanted to the F-15SG could easily be swapped for the F-15K since that would give it access to unique armaments though that opens the whole can of worms that is Korea in the Japanese tree.
I reckon they’ll get a Thai Gripen E alongside Sweden
Doubt it, the ink has barely dried on that contract, Deliveries are expected in 2029 or something iirc

Honestly with it taking half a year for Sweden to get the Grippen C I’m expecting Sweden to end up with a Grippen C Late whilst every other possible nation gets a Grippen E or something like that

The difference there is those are prototypes in the manufactures tree, we don’t even know the exact specs of the Gripen E the Thai airforce is going for.
And iirc from what I’ve heard the Gripen NG is the better option right now, less features being cut out due to systems not existing in game
