While I am end of the line for US I don’t know if I would want to research all those. I am still set with the idea the SEPv2 package should have just been a modification unlocked on the SEP.
Are their great enough differences between those aircraft?
Calling the F-15 quite maneuverable when it only gets heavier with each upgrade, and its rivals are the rafale, su35, and ef-2000 is rather condescending. The same F-15EX will only become much heavier and even less maneuverable, and it will lose speed. But it has a good radar and a lot of missiles. But the gameplay is still super boring and monotonous, throwing missiles and running away, and I’m not sure if he’ll be the leader in terms of speed.
Advanced Eagle series get new FBW so they are actually nicer to fly than older ones. Makes them more manueverable too but I don’t have any hard proof for this, only videos
Well, okay, I think rockets like the aim9x will greatly improve the situation. Given that they can be thrown from any angle, almost every aircraft in a maneuverable battle will fight not with an enemy aircraft, but with a missile. And being more maneuverable than a rocket is something unreal. Well, in any case, I’d love grind and play on the F-15EX.
It’s a pity that they and F-16V didn’t get the built-in IRST either, I think this thing on the nose makes any aircraft much more beautiful and complete. Like the icing on the cake. F-16 block 60 looks very good.
There are IRST pods like LEGION that they can use. But yes, integrated IRST generally looks cleaner (I think F-15EX can do the pod well since strike eagles still look good with LANTIRN)
Obviously the economic reworks didn’t come to fruition since Gaijin would face player backlash but most things are pretty reasonable expectations for what Gaijin has done before.
F-117 (changed from Event to Squadron), F/A-18C’s, Thailand sub-tree for Japan, Osa SAM’s, Eurofighter, South African Superhind, Swiss sub-tree for Germany (in a very limited capacity as of right now), SEAD-mission, have all happened.
