A particular type of weapon system appearing on a ground unit (of any kind) is not a given that it would come to air at the same time. Its one thing to have a ground-to-air platform, but an entirely different beast in the air-to-air environment and the impact that has on that gameplay.
So anything added for ground shouldn’t be taken as an automatically confirmed addition to air at the same moment in time.

The problem is there’s no navy line for the J-15, so I don’t see any other good option than squadron. We could put both the J-15 and J-15T as squadrons tho

What you know some of the air to air missiles in game should have both IRCCM types anyway which is the only difference
J-15 and J-15T as squadron vehicle is a crime. My opinion it should go to strike line because IRL it uses for strike and anti-ship missions

Su-33 exists in one variant, J-15 have a lot of Batches, modifications and so on. I’m almost 100% sure that Gaijin won’t put any of J-15 variants to squadron. If we compare Su-33 and J-15, its like baby vs nuclear bomb. J-15 even the earliest variant have huge air to ground arsenal and fox 3 PL-12, the latest J-15T and J-15D have AESA and PL-15

Personally I would put mobility over armour. Type 10s being fast makes them survivable

They are actually from experience probably the fastest MBT. IDK about ariete but it’s 100% faster than sth like 99A. Acceleration and also partly easier to control, the 99A is a bit wobbly.
70 km/h forwards and reverse. If gaijin would model the type 10s transmission correctly it would have even better mobility
