Because it was never operated by any nation, the flag defaults to the manufacturer, that is the rule they use for vehicles like that, same with prototypes

It’s midlands, not claimed by either side, so basically no man’s land, though you’re north of Birmingham which is the marker I think most people use so I can see the confusion

I mean it doesn’t help that Devon and Cornwall have their own sector Cornwall especially since it was the last hold outs of the ye old Celtic Britons
Everyone wants their own government, it’s kind of funny, Cornish devolution and Yorkshire devolution and North West devolution, it all sound kind of silly but at least we’d have a government that actually represents us, kinda jealous of Scotland and Wales honestly
