I would be seriously against the entire concept of the okha. If anything the tokshu heiki event has that funny missile fitted onto the ki-49 and it can be mounted on more TT aircraft.

There are always other balancing methods other than what needs to be historical. BR placements, reloads, etc. The CR2 used to have its only selling point being a 5s reload, now that 120 abrams, merkava mk4 and production series ariete all has a 5s reload with 9 rounds ready(merkava) up onto a whopping 16 ready(ariete) compared to the challies 4. There are also claims that its thermals were made gen1, but I havent got into a situation where gen1 vs gen2 will make an actual difference to make a comment on that.
