You could fix the Heli grind pretty easily by:

Significantly reducing RP requirements of Rank VI helicopters. 360k RP should be more like 200k.

Foldering nearly identical vehicles. For example the only difference the Mi-24V and Mi-24P is that the P has a 30mm autocannon. They’re basically the same but it costs more than twice as much to progress to the Mi-35M/Ka-29 as a result.

Make Heli PvE either an RB mode or simply increase the rewards gained. 15-20k RP a game sounds nice on paper until you realize it takes over an hour to get. This is low even compared to Gound RB (which has comparatively lower rewards than Air RB) where I have knocked out over 300k RP in a day.

That or if they add helicopters to Air Sim they could add a button to put RP from planes in helicopters like what was done with tank RP going to helicopters.

It’s been tested already, entering service this year, it 100% exists. If you want to talk a2g, then JASSM-ER for F-15E, spice 250 ER for israel
I would be surprised if the v3 comes next update. Although it is long overdue.
it’s APDS, all Chinese ground cannon uses APDS and no APFSDS, except the new 30mm cannon in the new 8X8 wheeled IFV(maybe also others, but not sure)
Honestly. Before they even think about adding new MBTs, they need to finish MBTs added 5 years ago and I think for the most part, MBTs arent really the problem, its everything else on the tree that needs additions first

What do you mean? The SEPv3 is the only way forward for US ground, what other additions would be more important for top tier
Top tier SAM, additional IFV options, maybe a better Heli?
Also, would the SEPv3 fix any of the fundemental issues with the any of the other Abrams? Or just be another vehicle awaiting the same fundemental issues to be fixed?

I forgot about SAM, your completely right about those.
But IFV? None of the possible ones off the top of my head would be top tier. As for heli’s, I think they should add early AIM-9X to AH-1Z instead of any fixed wing aircraft, they could add the AH-64E which would bring JAGM and new gen Spikes to US.
The SEPv3 has visibly more armor, and has trophy aps which will help it.

I don’t know what IFVs could be addes that would havebgreat impact. Especially with them tightening maps to reduce almost remove flanking.
SPAA i won’t think will be coming this update whenI asked smin about it last R&R he said they just staryed looking at multi vehicle SPAA so it too soon.
As for how my comment saying the v3 is over sue I don’t see how it is wrong. The v3 should have came out long ago with the last leopard they added. Also if they start modeling the v3 there is a chance it will put more work and attention to all the previous abrams bugs reported.
Britian has been hoping this since the Challenger 2 was added. 5 Challenger 2s later and we are still waiting
ACV-30 might be a contender for Top Tier but more likely will fall before the HSTV-L.
