That would entirely be a bomber, not an attacker, I’m more referring to WW2 to early cold war periods where there lack of attackers is apparent.
is that because there is a lack of UK attackers or they just dont add the ones of that time period?

A bit of gaijin miss designating aircraft in all nations, a bit of gaijin not adding many aircraft of the role
e.g. Japan is missing most of it’s coldwar domestic trainers/low intensity attackers and it’s WW2 attackers. Britain missing some of more ground attack focused variants of aircraft and Lend-lease aircraft. Sweden is missing pretty much all the Finnish attackers ever.

Russia doesn’t have lend lease in its tech tree and Britain does have lend lease premiums
