Tbh it’s just 1 jet each, I wouldn’t mind Brits having one 9X jet
TBF I forgot about the Australian F/A-18Fs with 9X and the F-35A with 9X, though that is also another reason the UK should get Australia, we don’t get those two jets otherwise, and particularly the F-35A, only having the B might suck with it being the least agile version
Not really, UK has F-35, there’s really no point to add them outside of a skin
UK can get Canada F-35 if they aren’t B’s
And tbh even if they only got the B it would reflect UK military accurately

UK are stuck with F-35B which I consider to be the least capable F-35.

I mean that’s cool, but it is at the expense of extra drag + lower thrust-to-weight, and likely some RCS.
F-35B also has the lowest G-limit.
Really hope this H145M that’s been sat in the files forever shows up for Germany & Hungary in 2025.
It’s not as bad as the C though, while it can pull more the C has way worse T/W
The A and B are actually pretty close in T/W and the lower pull might be good for energy retention in war thunder xD
Also we’re the only ones to get ASRAAMS, and maybe we’ll get Meteors as well if that all goes well

Japan and Italy casually operating F-35A and B models while everyone else (USA excluded, obviously) only operates one or the other.

Last I checked we are modified As. (can bring 6 missiles) Tho this could be wrong.
However, I doubt it’ll be something unique to us, so I expect a mod that would be attached to US ones in not too long if not already.
As in order to sell it to Canada the made them “fancy” and sounds like they did it again.
C is very heavy because it’s designed for CATOBAR and reinforcement for tail hook landing
If Lockheed does it right, AIM-260 will be in service by then (aim-260 suppose to be in service 2025 iirc)
