Su-30MKK is also outdated already since it have same radar as Su-27/27SM/J-11/J-11A
So it would be very similar to these jets and weak if face of even current 13.7-14.0
While China have ist’s own version - J-16
Only viable Su-30 versions today is Su-30SM, Su-30MKI, Su-30SM2. Everything else is outdated and underperforming.

No Su-30SM and F/A-18E next spring = no money fopr Gaijin. Simple.
Again, the SU-30MKK would be a huge upgrade for Chinese CAS, that’s why I suggested putting it in the attacker line under the JH-7A, not everything needs to be a meta changing A2A platform to be a valuable addition.
I also suggested that China would get a J-11B soon (March or June) which would be a great upgrade to 14.0 at least.
Not what past updates tell us, usually the really big, money making, hyped up updates are in December and June, that is when we got Danger Zone, Apex Predators, Air Superiority, Seek & Destroy, and now Storm Warning; there is actually a very good chance we do have to wait till June for the SU-30 and F/A-18, it is also possible it comes in March but I wouldn’t expect it.
Also, the leak was for a legacy Hornet, not a Super Hornet

Probably march, although I do doubt it will be that good of a 14.0, 6 PL12 is less competitive than 6 AMRAAM anyways, similar radar to F15C, worse top speed and less CM count is probably what halts it. I mean it is far too modern to be CM reliant but yeah, at least good to have first true sino flanker.
True, I guess, at least Su27SM level CAS and maybe even slightly better A2A with ability to carry PL12. Although ever since J11A addition, we have not finished dispute over the radar carried on that, N001V VE or VEP.

I could see it being ether really good or kind of mediocre, like PL-12s are an upgrade over the R-77 and if they add PL-8Bs then you end up with a loadout of 4 longer range IR missiles as well as 6 AMRAAM-lite missiles, depending on things like engines, radar, and CMs I could definitely see it being 14.0 worthy, I can also see them giving the earlier, weaker engine, as well as just regular PL-8s and in that case it’s just about 13.7.
i really hope next update they work on fixing vehicles that already exist in the game like challenger 2 (which had an armour rework in the dev server that was reversed, and no blogs on its rework have come out like they promised they would do over a year ago) because bloating tech trees isnt helping.
leaks saying Britain are getting the Indian Arjun MBT, yet again feels like they are dismissing fixing challenger 2 completely and are instead replacing it. they have implemented some good challenger 2 changes but every single time, they reverse the change before live server updates getting rid of all the good they did.
We don’t want the Indian MBT, we want the Challenger 2’s to be fixed. its called the Great Britain tech tree for a reason, the focus should be on UK vehicles with SOME commonwealth one’s; so the focus should be on making the British vehicles competitive before you start adding more thing from other nations in their place.
I’m really hoping that the only reason this update was a complete shambles was because of Christmas, they really do need to work on fixing things for air and ground quite badly, but knowing Gaijin fixing issues will take a backseat to adding new things for people to buy or grind for. It doesn’t help that the Challenger 2 is kind of anti-meta because IRL it’s an amazing tank

The rumors about Hornet already over a year or so, there is never solid clue about version.
Same as Su-30 less that SM - any of early Hornets is outdated already.
